Poor Charmin tore his A.C.L. (ligament in knee) a couple of weeks ago at Mamaw Jennifer's house. The vet said he would be lame the rest of his life and only walk on 3 legs unless he had surgery. Jason and I debated about what to do with him, well.. since the surgery cost $1800. My luck, the girls overheard Jasons' suggestion to put him "down" and cried hysterically. Since Daddy didn't want to be the "bad guy" and have his girls remember this moment forever, he agreed to surgery. You should have seen the scene that night at our house. Emotional rollercoaster!
Yesterday Charmin had his surgery and was able to come home today. He's so pitiful with his little cast. ONLY A DOG LOVER COULD UNDERSTAND.
